ASTRA 600

The Astra 600 was a reduced version of the Astra 400. On German demand it was developed for the caliber 9mm Para. Respectable is the fact, that it is a simple blowback construction.

First were delivered 50 pieces for acceptance. Afterwards 10.450 pieces were delivered and accepted with a WaA. Next 28.000 pieces didn't make their way to the Germans, because the Allies did liberate France. This were marked Astra600/43 and were delivered post war to Germany.
